Don’t Flip Out Exchange Policy

We know how important your Flip Flop O Gram gift is, and we stand behind it 100%. We want you and your recipient to be completely satisfied. If you are not, you can exchange your Flip Flop O Gram gift within 30 days of the delivery date. Just fill out our Flip Flop O Gram Exchange/Return Form, found below, so we know how to handle your exchange. We’ll refund you the shipping costs for returning the product to us (one time per purchase), and ship the replacement product back to you without a shipping charge. Free shipping on exchanges applies to styles valued at $25.95 and above. We can only refund Standard Ground shipping charges, Air shipment charges will not be refunded. We do not refund shipping on returns. All merchandise must be unworn and in saleable condition.

All exchanges and returns must begin with filling in the Flip Flop O Gram Exchange/Return Form and submitting it to Customer Service, a printed version must accompany the return.

Returns for Refund
A refund will be issued to the credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges. If you received free shipping with your order, we will deduct our standard shipping charge from the refund total. All merchandise must be unworn and in saleable condition.

Returns for Exchange
Your new size or style choice will be shipped within the next 2 business days after receipt of the returned merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock we will notify you by email of its expected ship date.
